1. | Attend two (2) classes per week, on a regular and consistent schedule. All classes include workout introduction to techniques of To-Shin Do, and opportunity for dynamic simulation with a partner. | | 8. | Always be well mannered, conduct yourself with proper respect, and keep an eye on safety of fellow practitioners. Please remind your guests to do the same. |
2. | Bring all protective gear for your belt level. | | 9. | Make arrangements to make up missed classes. |

4. | Keep uniform neat and clean, odor-free; it is not a good idea to wash your belt -- it will shrink. | | 11. | Show proper effort, spirit and respect in the dojo at all times Be real! Make every moment and movement count. |
5. | Health regulations dictate tabi or heavy socks -- no bare feet. | | 12. | Keep notebook up to date, be responsible for passing your tests |
